Policy

Our catering hours are from 7 AM to 2:30 PM.

A delivery labor fee of $28.00 per hour for orders after 2:30pm . Minimum guest count for delivery is 10 guests.

Labor Fees for Staff Attended Events as of January 1st, 2015 is as follows:

Minimum of four hours: Servers, Staff Attendants, Dishwashers: $28.00 per hour. Chefs, Chef Attendants :$50.00 per hour. Bartend service: $50.00 per hour per Bartender.

Please allow us a 48-hour notice or more on your orders. Please call (302) 636-1555 for help with your last minute orders.

We cannot Guarantee orders with less than a 24-hour notice and may substitute items on your order.

All cancelations must be in writing to the Catering Office and submitted 48 hours in advance. Orders cancelled after the 48 hour notice are subject to a cancelation fee.

Alcohol Disclaimer: We do not sell Alcohol. We can contract a Bar Service for you or you may bring your own.

We are not responsible for loss or breakage of your alcohol when stored in our coolers.

Alcohol can be dropped off on the day of the event only and must be removed by the end of the event.

Please have a signed Special Alcohol Authorization Form available on the Agilent Website.
